(1) Please scan the QR code to download the App and check if there is a new version, if so, please update to the latest version.
(2) If prompted for permissions when installing the App, please click Allow for successful connection. The main permissions are Local Network Access, Positioning Permission, Photo Album Access.
(3) If the app still fails to connect, please refer to the following steps to try again:
a. Reboot the drone to connect to the app.
b. Uninstall the app and download and install it again.
c. Close the apps that are not in use in the background.
d. Change another cell phone to connect.
