Warranty Period

Hytobp digital products are covered by a 1-year warranty. The warranty for products ordered on www.hytobp.net will automatically be extended to a 2-year warranty.

Returns

We want you to be totally psyched about the products you purchase from Hytobp's webstore at hytobp@htwlkj.net . If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. No questions asked. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under the *Hytobp Refund Policy below. Also, associated shipping fees, duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges (“Landed Costs”)are not refundable.

Hytobp Refund Policy: To qualify for a refund, return your product in the ORIGINAL box, including the device, charger, battery, instructions, gifts, and other components.All merchandise must be in like new condition. Shipping charges may apply.

Replacements

Hytobp will replace your product or part if it has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the *Hytobp Warranty below:
1. BEFORE sending anything to Hytobp, please contact our Customer Service Team by clicking here.
2. If our Customer Service Team determines that your product qualifies for warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. Prepare product for, return to Hytobp.
4. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the appropriate address.

Hytobp Warranty: You are eligible to exchange a product if one of the following situations has occurred:
1. The product is damaged during shipping, and you have proof of the damage from the carrier or transporter.
2. The product is significantly different from its description in one or more aspects.
3. The product is defective and the defects are not caused by misuse, improper handling, or force majeure.

Costs for Replacements

1. Within 30 calendar days of the date that you receive the product: Free replacement with free shipping.
2. Within 31-90 calendar days of the date that you received the product: Free replacement. The customer should expect to pay 15 USD for shipping.
3. Above 91 calendar days of the date you received the product: We charge a handling/repair fee that varies according to the product.

Shipping Costs for Accessories

If accessories are damaged 2 years after the date you receive them, we will offer new accessories for free. The customer should expect to pay 5 USD for shipping.
